Your application data, logs, and backups are stored in Finland. No data leaves the EU unless you choose to send it elsewhere.

Apply.Build is operated by Codebite Oy, a Finnish company. Your data is governed by EU law, including GDPR, and is outside the jurisdiction of non-EU data-access frameworks such as FISA 702 and the CLOUD Act.

We publish a clear list of subprocessors. Infrastructure runs on European providers. We notify you before adding any new subprocessor.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe (US), because it offers the best developer experience and global coverage. No application data passes through Stripe.
